Convenient location close to the station, easy to read instructions on how to get there. The hosts and family are very nice! They are very responsive, very keen to engage with guests in downtime and are always around to assist should you need help! They also helped carry my luggage up and down the stairs, thank you so much!!
The place is incredibly clean, comfortable rest spots for you to relax in the evening. It's situated in an alleyway shopping mall which was unique and had a nice atmosphere, I have nice memories eating out around this area because it gives a very close knit community vibes! The beds were comfy with space underneath my bed to store my belongings. There's two showers but I never felt a clash or wait time whenever I wanted to go. 3 toilets as well which again, I didn't notice any problems waiting
All in all I'd happily stay here again :)

Bed/pillow/blanket are the best part of the stay. Better than 5-stars hotel.

It’s in a quieter neighbourhood with an easy train line into central Tokyo, if you don’t mind the commute this is a nice place to stay away from the craziness. The rooms are a great size, the bath is lovely, the free breakfast is great and the staff were very accommodating even though they weren’t the strongest English speakers
Great location close to two train stations, modern and new look. Clean rooms and bed, lounge with a free drink bar, wifi and power outlet. Pajama and towels provide. spacious shower with soap, conditioner and shampoo. Razors, hair dryer and cosmetics provided as well.
Great location, right next to Funabashi Station. Everything you could need within a short walk. Impeccably clean and well maintained. Fantastic, friendly and polite staff.
Capsule room is quiet enough to fall asleep. Free drinks are great. Free manga is too old and needs updating a bit lol.
