Daisuke and Daruma were very sweet hosts, who helped us with everything we needed. Our room vas spacious, comfortable, clean and had a beautiful view of Mt. Fuji, which was great enough but on top of that Daisuke offered to drive all the guests to lake Tanuki see Mt. Fuji exactly at sunrise. Magical!

This was the most amazing property!! We were so lucky to have had the opportunity to stay there. Beautiful, tranquil, super clean. The beds were very comfortable. The host was divine and very accommodating. We were tired so didn't go out that night for dinner but we were easily able to order Uber eats to the location thanks to instructions in the room. Wish we could have stayed longer.

The owner and his wife were very friendly. They let us read all their manga and even lent us their bicycles, which allowed us to see all kinds of different thing in Shizuoka.
The place had a very relaxing traditional japanese feeling, which we really enjoyed.
They let us use all the facilities like the kitchen and fridge, so we could have even cooked our own dinner.
Location was great as well, since we had the bicycles, the beach wasn't far.
All that for a very cheap price.
I can only recommend staying here if you are in Shizuoka!!!

Very reasonable price with cleanest condition, good facilities and nice hosts. The vibe makes me feel like living at my grandmother’s house. I will come here to stay next time.

The location is very good, very close to the shin-Shizuoka train station, only 5 minutes walk from the station. The hostel is located near the Family Mart and see a view of Fujt Mt. just by taking a walk.The accommodation is very hygienic. The owner is adorable.
The hosts were really nice during my whole stay, and they even helped me retrieve my lost item after I left the guesthouse. They have been the nicest host I met during my stay in Japan. The facilities in the guesthouse are up to date and very comfortable to use. I like the Japanese style decoration, it makes my trip so much more memorable. Lot of space in the dorm room, good and quiet location, close to the station and very good view on Mount Fuji, big common room, everything you needed in the kitchen and a really nice owner of the hostel.
We had a great stay at the guesthouse in the japanese style room! Kazu kindly let us use the bicycles, and we were able to enjoy the seaside at Fujinokuni Tagonoura Minato Park. He also gave us great recommandations of restaurants around the guesthouse. Great location as well, as both Shin-Fuji station and Fuji station are accessible by foot.
