The lady I checked in with was very kind and polite. She also answered messages I'd sent that day very promptly. There were lots of free bottled water, cola, tea/coffee and snacks. Lots of toiletries you can use. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower and toilet were clean. It is a bit of a walk from Nagoya station, but there are other stations nearby so this wasn't an issue for me.
