The place is a gem. Beautiful nature, Ruth and Bobby are perfect hosts, excellent cook, friendly staff and villagers. The road up from Kingston is challenging and we were lucky to be picked up by Desmond who knows every inch of the road. Holywell national park nearby has nice trails and stunning views (bring warm clothes).

Our host, Lorna, was absolutely marvellous and friendly. She ensured we were comfortable and well settled, even assisted us with a pick-up and drop-off driver. The place is awesome, they treated us like family, served us the best food we tried in Jamaica and showed us the real essence of the country. It was a bit complicated to get there but they helped us any time and it turned out to be one of the best experiences of our trip.

The environment was very peaceful and quiet, the rooms are clean the bathroom was very clean also it only thing a couldn’t understand was that i had to pay an additional $4000jmd for the fan but overall the stay was great I would recommend it to anyone

The hosts were really welcoming from the start. The location and views were outstanding, and chef cooked the best food!! We would 100% recommend and were already planning a longer stay for next year
The location is incredible, off the beaten track peaceful and beautiful. A mountain dream. Bobbi and Ruth have created a place for you to come and experience the blue mountains, it’s rustic and special. Chef cooked up a storm and I had a brown stew fish for dinner. I’d recommend this to everyone! Lots of comms to help me drive to the guesthouse, I drove on my own in the world’s smallest car, take it super slow and I promise you will make it. It’s worth it!
The guesthouse radiates simplicity. The owners are friendly and welcoming people. The accommodation offers breakfast and dinner (both good quality/ quantity). It was an easy-going place and community.
Stunning location with lots of outdoor seating to admire the view. Bobby was a great host. Had breakfast & dinner which were excellent. Really tasty home cooked Jamaican food. Property organised a reasonably priced local taxi for airport pick up & city drop off. Access to several hikes ie Catherine’s Peak & a couple of waterfalls.
This has been the highlight of our trip and we wish we could have stayed longer. Prince Valley is ideally located with breathtaking views. We stayed at the most charming cabin, the Mango tree house, and it was AMAZING. Ruth and Bob are great hosts and communication was easy and smooth. Follow their directions to get to the guesthouse. Bob received us with a warm smile and cooked a delicious dinner and breakfast for us, you won't regret it! Thank you so much for your hospitality, respect !
This guesthouse was an amazing experience. The hosts are very welcoming, the scenery was beautiful, and the food was delicious. Message the owners about driving directions of you are going by car google maps won't help here. They will give you info on local hikes to a beautiful quiet waterfall and UCC Craighton Estates Coffee fram, among others. Perfect spot for those who want a quiet and off the beaten path Blue Mountains vacation.
Prince Valley Guest House is an amazing little hideaway in the mountains. Ruth and Bobbie are exceptional hosts, and can help you organize tours or the area and transportation to and from the city. The community is so safe and welcoming, you can truly relax once you're there. Make certain to have a meal (or two) cooked by Chef Carpie -- his food is local, natural, and some of the best we had in Jamaica!
It is fun to chat with the two hosts Ruth & Bob. They are helpfull and forthcomming. The terrace is amazing. We enjoyed our breakfasts & dinners there. It is also the perfect spot for workouts, to read and meet with the other guests.
The dinner was one of the best we had, so we definitly recommend it. The rooms are very spacious. So, Prince Valley Guesthouse is the perfect place to pace down and enjoy nature with layed people.
All in all, you get great value for the price.
