Will be highly welcome by the owner and by the high level of interior design which gives you the feeling this is the room you wish to have: elegant, large, well lit with natural light coming from the windows, very quite and only 7 minutes walk to the center of Udine. Nice view over the landmark theater building and university garden. One minute walk from the best coffee shop if you needs breakfas.

Fantastic location next to the train station and easy walking into Centro. Lovely host who goes.out of her way to give you tips and information about the area. Facilities are great with kitchen with self serve breakfast and comfortable bathroom. Would stay again.

The apartment is very relaxing and cozy . I don’t know but the apartment has an elegant smell 😍 . The Apartment is 10 minutes walk away from the city center. Parking is free (Infront of the building, along the road). The neighborhood is calm and quiet.

Apartment is well-located right in the city center, it has everything that is needed for the comfort stay. It was easy to find and to get inside, and Annamaria is the great host!
A nice experience, everything worked out fine. Easy check-in as our kind host waited for us to hand over the keys. Location is great. Very quiet and just a short walk to the city centre. Smooth Wi-Fi and secured parking in the courtyard. Wouldn't mind booking this place again if needed.

Great location,by foot it takes us just 7 min to the main bus station and 15 min to the city center. Neighborhood is quiet, grocery store is just around the corner
