Absolutely dreamy hotel! The food was incredible, breakfast was out of this world, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel special. Favio was excellent and all the cooking staff were superb!

Property was beautiful and big. Lots of nature and very peaceful. Bed was very comfortable and our room (Suite Incanto - King room) was perfect. The bathroom was very big and the room had everything we needed during our stay. Very romantic room. The owner was a pleasure to speak to and so nice and welcoming. The breakfast included was delicious! We would recommend staying here. We loved our stay!

Wonderful, newly renovated, very spacious rooms. Really appreciated the well equipped kitchen and new appliances. Dishwasher, fridge, gas range, oven. The outdoor courtyard was surprisingly very relaxing and peaceful retreat—great place to dine al fresco, especially with the breeze in the summer heat. Simply put on some easy listening tunes on Apple+ music, and instantly created a chill vibe.
Air conditioning worked well. Bedroom was spacious with a comfortable bed. Ensuite bathroom was also a good size with a large walk-in shower. The living space could accommodate many more people than a couple. I imagine that the adjoining suites could be connected to the main living areas for families.

The location is fantastic to use as a base to explore the many towns in Salento. Easy reach to del Capo, Gallipoli, Tricase and the small villages along the Adriatic coast. A car is required. Lots of parking in front of the palazzo. Felt very safe. Right next to the church. Don’t worry the bells don’t ring during the night.
The host was readily available and very friendly. The place is new, and will only get better with age. Will definitely return.

A small B&B directly at the seaside. We were travelling in low season (mid of May), so we had our own house at sea.
We bought food for dinner in a local mini market and enjoyed it with sea view.
For breakfast we got fresh fruits, cornettos (croissants), bread, juice and of course cappuccino.
