Lovely apartment with all the facilities you need and very good value for money. Most importantly though, the hosts were fantastic. I have travelled quite a lot over the years and I can honestly say I've never been welcomed in such a wholesome, kind and thoughtful way as I was here - absolutely great people. The location is perfect, in the centre of Terni. The room was clean and spacious. There was everything I needed. It was nice to drink morning coffee on the balcony. I didn't meet the staff, but they answered very quickly to all my messages.

Great place to stay near the train station, which was great for my day trips to L'Aquila and Spoleto. It's also close to the main shopping street. The room was very relaxing and comfortable! The heated towel rail in the big bathroom was nice too! It was nice to have a kettle in the room, and tea. I also liked the kitchen! Friendly staff too, and all in all, I really enjoyed my stay. The room is simply beautiful! There is a balcony door leading to an inner courtyard. The bathroom is large with a small window. Big shower cabin.
The TV is state of the art and I was able to watch several crime dramas and films in the original language. BTW my room was serviced during my stay.

This place is really beautiful! The location is perfect, in the middle of olive plantation. It's quiet, clean and really comfortable! Rooms are specious, air-conditioned and nicely decorated. We had free safe parking. The host Gabriella is the most kind and friendly person, she welcomed us with home made cake, which was absolutely delicious! We also had a prepared breakfast! Thank you so much for everything ❤️ we really enjoyed our stay and we highly recommend this house!!

Really nice host, was not speking much English but did a lot of effort to understand. Was very flexible with check in times. Quiet room. Good value for this price
First and foremost this place is in a great location in walking distance of the cascate. We were unsure at first as it's close to the road but the rooms were double glazed so we slept soundly. Everything about the room was quality, from the furniture to the fixtures and fittings. All felt new, well maintained and very clean. Topped off by the friendly hosts who offered lots of useful local advice.
Carla is a great hostess. She's very helpful with everything needed, even special requests.The location is very quiet, with beautiful scenery outside, everything needed nearby and a bus station down the street from which you can easily get everywhere. The place is sparkling clean.
