Owners are super friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast also packaged to go which was helpful as we wanted to hit the road early. Also recommend their restaurant for dinner. Excellent meal.

Host was extremely friendly, full of advices where to go and what to see. Also extremely flexible about late checkin and breakfast. In warmer days breakfast outside will be very nice. Quiet area, we were allowed to have a puppy in room. Breakfast very sweet with home made delicious jam, cakes and cookies.
Staff were absolutely lovely, helpful and friendly, the place is nice and considering the average price in the town is relatively cheap, very clean and I want to remark it: staff were absolutely fantastic!
Great location, beautiful beach, great staff. It was clean, stylish. Breakfast was good and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Great hotel in beautiful Spotorno. Very bike friendly with tools and pumps if you need them. Breakfast is simple but adequate - fresh fruit and yogurt! Our host replaced our tourist bus passes after I misplaced the package they gave us at check-in. Very central to enjoy the town.
Andrea was excellent host. Little outside town but easy walking to centre. 15mins. Nice quiet location. Andrea gave us good helpful information regarding buses and towns near by to visit.
The center of Spotorno can be easily reached by bicycle in 10 minutes, and you can walk there also without any problems. Quietly located, which is really an added value, especially in the high season. Clean with all the necessary comforts such as air conditioning and WiFi. The hostess and the staff are very friendly, helpful and open. From the accommodation you can quickly reach the sea or start excursions. The other guests were extremely pleasant.
