The hotel itself is cozy, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that made me feel right at home.
The only thing worth mentioning is that the hotel is located slightly outside of the town, in a quieter and more peaceful area. While it may not be right in the heart of the city, the tranquil surroundings made it a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The serene atmosphere allows to relax and unwind fully.
Not far to walk from the beach, also the beach is big, nice and not crowded.

Our stay at Ca’ Zuliani Rooms was wonderful. The location was amazing, just steps from city center and the view from our room overlooked a picturesque bell tower (which although had a beautiful sound, did not disturb us while the windows were shut). Ivano, our host, was very accommodating and gave us some great tips on how to get to Chioggia and what to do while we were there. The in room AC unit kept the room nice and cool, which was essential for our stay in July. An unexpected perk of the room was the laundry line that hung outside our window. Our clothes dried in a matter of hours and it was quite fun to use! Would definitely recommend this place to a friend, Chioggia is a charming town and we will be back in the future!

The rooms are just as astounding as they are in the pictures! The aesthetic, ambience and cleanliness is wonderful. The house looks freshly renovated, it looks and feels amazingly comfortable. The owner was so nice and even gave us a free upgrade to the green room as a honeymoon gift!
We will come back again, it was a wonderful stay :)

Unbelievably close to Main Street and a plethora of cafes and sights. There are 5 flights and 4 floors to get to room with narrow steps with no elevator so just be informed.
The rooms are lovely. We had 2, 402 and 201. 402 was more spacious and could , if needed, accommodate an additional cot. Piccolo Venezia pays attention to detail!
If you’re staying in Chioggia, it’s a great place. It was a pre cruise stay for us. Even though the ship is less than a mile away, it was better to book a taxi. (Airline broke a wheel off my luggage!) Suzanna took care of this for us and made sure the taxi driver found us! ( narrow alleys often don’t permit large vehicles to fit!)

We were very satisfied with our stay. The owners are very friendly. Apartment is new, clean and in quiet area. Public beach and city center are in walkable distance. Parking is possible in nearby paid parking. Definitely recommend.
Chiara and Sara are very reliable and accomodating hostesses. The appartment, very well-equiped, is close to both the Sottomarina Beach and Chioggia, a very charming little town and without tourists which is worth a look. The proposed mixed breakfast, made of croissants, rusks, jam and biscuits is really good, and can allow you to have a light lunch at noon, which is appreciated.

Nice, clean and spacious apartment with fully equipped kitchenette (except of dishwasher, to be precise). Parking place was included in price.
Had wonderful time using this apartment. Comfortable, well equipped, clean rooms. I had everything I needed. Good cafe with big variety of tasty food. Perfect location with easy and close access to beach, city center. A lot of restaurants nearby. Also loved the staff, hosts. They were super friendly and helpful. Helped us with our car problem ( for free). Another advantage was that we could stay with our dog.
The hotel is modest at first sight but we grew fondly of him in a short time. Nice clean rooms, good comfortable beds, tasty breakfast, friendly and very helpful staff. We received discount for the beach entry. Room cleaning upon request. The location is close to beach and city centre yet still in a quiet street. We enjoyed our stay very much. Highly recommended. Also possible to take a boat ride straight to Venice from a nearby port.
The flat is extremly clean and much better in reality than in the photos. The flat had just been renovated and the furniture was new. We felt very comfortable there. Ely is a very friendly and helpful host. Easy check in and check out. The beach is a ten minute walk away. The location of the flat is great, in a quiet neighbourhood. There is a large wardrobe in the bedroom, ample storage space.
the room was small but modern and clean. the place is very close to the beach and the city centre. the owner sign. Giovanni was very lovely and kind and gave me a lot of suggestions! they even gave me a small gift as they support a local charity! very nice people and great location I will definitely go back next time I am in Sottomarina.
