Very good communication with the owner, clear instruction for checkin, we could leave the luggage before check in, the room was extremely clean and towel were changes every day, also the minibar was free.

Everything was great! The location is just 5-6 minutes from the bus station, and the hosts were amazing. We had some trouble with transportation, but they kindly waited and welcomed us at 9:30 PM, which was really thoughtful. The rooms were spotless and cozy. During check-in, they noticed my girlfriend’s birthday was in two days. On her birthday, they surprised us with a cake and sang ‘Happy Birthday’ as soon as we stepped out of the room. It was a completely unexpected and unforgettable moment! Thank you so much—you are fantastic!

Rooms are big and comfortable. We had also a balcony. There is a pool available for guests with few sunbeds. Object is located outside the centre, so it is not a crowded surrounding. You can walk to the beach (around 20 minutes). Parking is available and the gate is closed, so you can safely park your car. The owner is very nice, helpful and also flexible. We didn't manage to arrive on time, but he quickly figured out a solution for self check-in.
Breakfasts are tasty with good choice of food. Coffee is perfect.

Good quality, basic accommodation. Tight squeeze in the bathroom, very tight (and I'm small!). Clean and very welcoming accommodation. The room is really all you'll see/use, there is no Reception Desk, its all done remotely however we met cleaning staff and they were so lovely and went above and beyond to be helpful which probably wasn't their job. So all in all I would recommend for a 'room only' option. Its not glam, its not very modern, but its sparklingly clean and well located. Nice cafe downstairs for breakfast - recommended and not expensive!

All the basics are covered too: great location in the middle of the historical center and near the beach, clean and comfortable rooms.
This is the place to stay in Sirmione vegan or not, you will have a great time.

Great location, good breakfast (plenty of choice), friendly staff. Elijah & Margarita are welcoming hosts with lots of local knowledge and are really helpful. We liked the location because it was not in the bustle of Sirmione but a short walk from the centre which made the hotel location nice and quiet
Great location and free use of bikes for the short and enjoyable ride to the lake. Our host, Laura, was fantastic. She was there when we needed her and also knew how to give us quiet enjoyment of the space. Breakfast was great.

Great location, by bus close to city center. But also nice restaurants and shops walking distance. The pool was very nice. The garden was also very nice. Host was always quick help when needed over text. Garaged could not close because a bit too small but good and safe place for your car.
