Amazing place in a fantastic location. Jacuzzi and balcony was amazing. Clean rooms with tons of amenities however the staff is what sets this place apart. Michele the hotel manager was fantastic. He has a passion for hospitality and it shows in his property. The breakfasts on the porch were amazing with local cheese and salumi and i cant stress enough how much i loved our stay

We visited the place out of the high season and we were the only people in the villa. However, the host had prepared everything for us and came especially for the check - in. She was so friendly and helpful, she even let us choose the room. The room itself had a beautiful view, the beds were very comfortable and the room was very nicely decorated as the whole villa. The breakfast was exceptional and we also had the chance to try some local pastries.

The view on the drive up to this charming home was sensational. An extremely well kept, surprisingly modern older Italian house, SPOTLESS, with stately private bedrooms and modern private bathrooms. Host and hostess are sweet and inviting, and were there to greet me in minutes within minutes of my call. (I forgot to let them know when I was coming ahead of time) Then in the morning they arrived with a fresh breakfast. Just lovely.
Nice location in Silvi Paese. The room has a nice bed and a smal but functional bathroom. There is also a desk and in the shared space there is a wonderful terrace with a view on the square. The host is very helpful and welcoming.
The apartment is very charming and cozy, perfect for a large family, with 4 balconies, three bedrooms, a kitchen-living room, and the availability of a washing machine and a dishwasher.
The accommodation was delightful and the views from the room spectacular. Ginevra and her team were wonderful hosts, very helpful with restaurant recommendations and local tips.
We really enjoyed our stay. Apartment was excellent, big and spacious. Great view from balcony (swimming pool area and sea). Just 1 min walk to the beach. Nice quiet location with restaurants around. The host was very polite and helpful!
