Family owners were wonderfully friendly and kind. The pick up from the train station and dropping us off with our luggage on the day of departure were lovely gestures. Breakfast was beautifully cooked and there was decent variety and options. Don't go expecting a "full English" but instead a very nice continental breakfast.
The grounds and pool were beautiful but we had no opportunity to sit in them as the weather was very wet during our stay.

Our 1-night-stay was just perfect. (Although too short). The place is incredible. A well kept old Villa in the countryside with a breathtaking garden and view and a very charming and very clean interior. We had everything what we needed, the rooms were spacious and well climated. The bathroom fully working, hot water, more than enough towels and bathrobes. There was even a little fridge in the room. The host made us feel "at home", was very friendly, gave us perfect advice for dinner, and ready to made every wish come true. The breakfast was served on the terrace and had a great choice of salty and sweat and was all freshly prepared by the host. If we pass by again I would not hesitate a second to book again and this time stay longer. Thank you for a stay that was nothing but perfect.

Our stay at Piccolo Borgo was first class, from the staff, location, room and cleanliness. The provision of secure parking was a must for us, and the property fulfilled this. Breakfast was good and copious.

The location was amazing and the host Pietro was just as welcoming and service minded as other people have said before us! To wake up and have breakfast in those surroundings was one of the highlights of our day - a beautiful garden and pool. We both walked and drove down to the city center and beach, both works well.

It has the most beautiful view, it is a quiet and a romantic place. The hosts are very kind and welcoming. They are always available for any kind of needs and they offered us a lift to go to the center since the weather was not at its best. Definitely would recommend the place and surely would come back for another stay.
A spacious and clean apartment in a great location . 10 mins walk to train station and beach . The hosts Elena and Paolo were excellent - flexible with check in (7:30 pm on a Saturday night) and answered all questions fully . Would highly recommend as a base for anyone wishing to visit the area - Cinque Terre and Portofino very easily accessible by cheap local train .
Great location and friendly hosts. Nice breakfast with great view from the room. Easy check in and out. Although the property is very central to both beaches and bars and restaurants it had good glazing so was very quiet at night.
Paolo is a great host, very helpful and friendly. His appartement is in a top location in the old town, both beaches are just a few footsteps away. I rented the room (his room during the winter) towards the courtyard and it was bright with daylight and incredibly quiet. He has one of the most comfortable beds, I ever slept in. Another highlight is his breakfast. There is a nice selection to choose from. The coffee is great and he offers fresh pastry and fruit every day. I can highly recommend his great place.
Location is fantastic. It is 2-5 min walk to the historical city centre and 10 min to the beach. The host Paola is very nice and helpful, she even let us park our car on her parking space.
The apartment is clean and quiet. I would definitely recommend it.
