The host is very nice and the place has a lot of history. The location is convenient. We booked the Junior Suite with Garden view, the room is big in size, clean, and well equipped with individual entrance. But the entrance is kinda at the back of the yard so it's quite a bit walk with the suitcases from where the carpark is. The next morning, the host gave us a tour of the salon which was amazing and also show us the history of the building.

I didn’t even expect such a great location and a view from the window. Absolutely atypical and AUTHENTIC. We’ve made like a million Fotos of interiors and views. The Hosts were very friendly. A big parking and pool. A very varied breakfast for everyone! Special thanks for the opportunity to have a boiled water with oat flakes (that’s important for me to start the day with this kind of food. Only after that I can eat like normal food). A 7-minute drive from the villa there are lots of restaurants for a dinner (ask the host about the best).
The place is extremely well kept and clean. The amenities are great. Despite to the proximity to the railway tracks, it is quiet.
Francesco is a great host. Even though he doesn't speak English, we managed to communicate through an online translator quite well. I really appreciated the complimentary fruits and tea and coffee.
It is very close to the train station from where you can reach other towns and cities.
Within walking distance there are several cafes and bars and a supermarket.
