We have spent great time in VIVO. The place is located close to the beach (5min walk). There is a lot of bars and restaurants where everyone might find his favorite delicious Italian cuisine. The room was super clean and comfortable. Also, the rooms are quiet so you can sleep well in comfortable bed. In the lobby you can find everything what you need. The Staff (Sara who is the owner) is friendly and helpful. Perfect place for summer holidays.

Ultra modern rooms with lots of design features. Luxury bathroom. Comfortable beds - all beds suitable for adults so our room accommodated 3 adults. Breakfast at the La Ternana bar was very tasty (a drink and a snack - sweet or savoury). We were allowed to leave our luggage at reception which was useful as we had a late flight from Ancona.

Magnificent views over the countryside with a beautiful setting in the fields of olive trees. Delicious breakfast with fresh produce and baked goods and very helpful, attentive and friendly hosts. Clean apartment which was serviced. We loved our stay and would have loved to have stayed longer.
12 minutes drive off the main motorway, an ideal stop off/location from a long drive. A very spacious, clean, modern room, it was fantastic.. This was a late booking and our host came through with an amazing vegan breakfast and even with homemade cakes.!!! Very helpful and happy to accommodate us and our dog, but then running a small farm, our host is an animal lover! A wonderful walk around the hill top old town is a must if you have the time!!
Clean and big rooms, breakfast, great host, towels changed every day, the rooms were cleaned everyday. We've got recommandations for all we need: places to visit, places to eat, where to park. The host answered us everytime we asked him something, he was very friendly. We recommand Residenza Corso Baccio with all our hearts.
