Very nice- clean and quiet place. Everything on highest level. Modern italian Style- very comfortable. The guest House is perfect to explore the Centro Storico of Offida by foot. Parking directly in the opposite- also a good bar for breakfast 50 meters round the corner. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful. They have also a restaurant downhill where you can have a nice Dinner. All in all 10 Stars and Highly recommended!

Jonas and Emma have done an incredible job of renovating this property, has an exceptional view of the ocean and is so comfortable. They are both wonderful people and we would definitely stay here again. The suite was a great choice, comfortable and homely.
I loved my room, its stunning view and the style of the whole guest house. Terrific attention-to-detail. In addition, leaving Jonas and Emma was like leaving friends. They were both so hospitable and nothing seemed to be too much trouble.

Fantastic place in the middle of nature, great location, easy to drive nearby cities like Grottammare, Ascoli Piceno. Ideal for families with kids, as we enjoyed a lot with our 5-year-old son.
Owners are super friendly people, always kind and smiling. They cook very delicious food as we enjoyed dinner 2 times at a table just next to the fireplace.

Very clean and spacious apartment, great location, very friendly and welcoming hosts. The apartment has two balconies, we loved the one in the main living area. There was more than we needed, had more than enough coffee pots for our stay. The pantry had some basic supplies we could use.
We highly recommend this apartment to anyone.
Lovely location, very close to Ripatransone; wonderful views on the nearby hills and the distant Sibylline Mountains; delicious breakfast including home-made coffee, cakes, and marmalades; clean and comfortable rooms, with a genuine taste for the local Italian architecture; great hosts, available, friendly, and polite!
The location is fantastic, offering a charming view of the Apennines and of Ripatransone. The house is in the countryside and is a quiet hamlet for resting. The hosts are wonderful people and they really make you feel at home, you enter as a host you leave as a friend. Breakfast was excellent with home made cakes!
