Excellent sea view from the living room balcony and side sea view from the bedroom balcony. The living room balcony is big and can accommodate up to 6 persons with a table and a couch. Both rooms have big TV. All the necessary appliances and cooking tools are provided.
The underground parking was provided by the host and is about 200-300 meters away and is 10 euro/day. If you travel by car is absolutely necessary.

Everything was fine!
Gianluca is a very friendly host, the room was clean and more spacious than on the pictures.
The bathroom was clean, big and very comfortable.
The shared kitchen area was far more than enough with coffee provided.
Wi-fi was working fine. A parking spot is free of charge.
A historically important river of Rubicone is just a few steps from the house.
