It was the most beautiful, peaceful place to stay in La Salle. It was extremely clean and well kept property. Breakfast was perfect as well.

Beautiful rooms and building, wonderfully renovated. It’s remote but everything was perfect. Kind hosts and breakfast was amazing with freshly baked croissants. In the winter you need snow tires or chains. We will go back.

The room was huge as was the bathroom, and there was a lot of space for clothes and storage. There was also an excellent view of the hilltop St Pierre church from our window. The small town of St Pierre is a short walk away and you can get some basic food items from a small supermarket and there was also an excellent pizza/pasta restaurant. The town of Aosta is about 15 minutes drive.
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travelers who prefer laid-back accommodations with a personal touch. Usually family run, these hosts will provide local recommendations and even optional meals. Guest houses sometimes feature a cozy living room or a garden – and are still cheaper than most regular hotels.
It was a last minute booking, but the hosts quickly responded and drove over to meet us. The chalet is lovely with many authentic features.
The accomodation is comfortable: a double bed and an unfolding large sofa; an equipped kitchen (though we followed a recommendation to a local pizzeria).
We did enjoy our morning coffee at the porch with a stunning view to Mont Blanc!!
We loved this charming little apartment, so full of character. It was equipped with everything we needed and more, and it was immaculately clean. A view of Monte Bianco from the door and a charming town to stay in. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. A delight!
This place is just perfect! It’s been 6 years since we last stayed there and it’s just as good as we remembered. Lovely quiet location, super comfortable room, perfect after a long day of driving.
Really well equipped, practical and spacious apartment in a great location. Free bus to the slopes just a minute walk up the road from the apartment. Really kind and helpful host too.
Cosy, quiet, plenty parking available and easy access to Cormayeur and La Thuile. Plenty restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Host was really responsive and helpful recommending restaurants to eat out.
Our host, Patricia, was very helpful.
The town, Pre Saint Didier, is a charming place to stay just 10 mins by local bus from Courmayeur down the valley.
