This is a great place to stay, right in the centre of Orbetello. Luigi gave us such a warm welcome, we immediately felt at home. Parking was very easy just a 2 minute stroll from the property and it was free. Such a comfortable room. We are already looking forward to coming back

If you want to be by the sea, next to a quiet, tiny beautiful town beach, where you can take a swim in the morning - this is the right place. We were out of the high season - so the whole stay was more than pleasurable. Great hosts, great view, good restaurant next door and one of the most beautiful sea towns in Tuscany around.
The apartment is situated close to the city center. In general there is a problem to find a parking place but with a patiency you will always find it. The host is very friendly and helpful. The apartment is on the ground floor well furnished with an old furniture and machines but working very well. The location is quiet and the city beach is reachable in 10min.
Great location, right in the heart of Porto Santo Stefano with easy access to the sea (pier just at the end of the road), restaurants and cafes. The lovely little terrace was great for people watching and viewing the luxury yachts moored opposite.
We hired a boat (recommended by the host) one of our days and had a fantastic time visiting so many local beaches and swim spots. Would definitely recommend to others as it was a highlight of our stay.
Check in was efficient and parking was provided a short walk away.
