The hostess Giada was amazing! We were running late due to our boat trip but she was able to accommodate us and was fantastic in her communication. The room was beautiful, clean and smelt amazing. The minibar was stocked with enough to help you relax and reasonable on cost. The location is perfect for exploring Porto Rotondo and the restaurants that were recommended were great too. The pool was clean and inviting we just needed a little more sun to fully enjoy it.

The apartment is located in the central area, close to everything you might need. The port is just around the corner, so it was easy to find the building after leaving the ferry. We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is spacious and very clean. The bathroom is also very nice. The bed is big and super comfortable. The kitchen is small but very well designed and equipped. There is a coffee machine with capsules. We enjoyed having a cup of coffee on the balcony, admiring the main street. We only stayed here for two nights and were pleasantly surprised that the cleaning was done between those two nights. We did not meet the cleaning lady, but our make-up was fully organized in the bathroom after the cleaning, which was a really nice touch. The communication with the hosts was great, they responded quickly to our messages and gave us some great tips on what to see. There is a bus station near the apartment where you can take a bus to Caprera Island, which we recommend. There are a lot of restaurants around the building with nice music in the evening, so we could enjoy the music while having dinner at home. We also recommend the wine bar next to the entrance of the building. We would definitely love to visit La Maddalena island again and stay at this apartment, where we felt at home.

This property offers everything a good holiday needs and is located in a beautiful place in nature to fully relax, close to San Pantaleo. The entire property is very well cared for and perfectly maintained, and the very friendly owners give you a super warm feeling as soon as you arrive. The dogs are just as sweet as the owners. Highly recommended for people looking for a location in nature. Giorgio and his wife are super nice people and do a very good job. Absolutely worth a 10 !

We love how modern and clean our room was, it was perfect for our stay.
We were so surprised with how beautiful our outdoor area was, it was so spacious and had a double sun lounger bed which was perfect for a siesta.
The area is 15 mins from Porto Cervo and so easy to get too many beaches. Great location.
We look forward to visiting again in the future and wish we could have extended our stay.
The owners/ management of the property were always so accommodating and helpful.

Great location for some peace and quiet and a great pool. Fantastic restaurant and bar, with extremely friendly and helpful staff throughout the hotel.
The best location around Porto Cervo with easy walking distance to all the shops and boutiques including a supermarket right under the complex which makes it very convenient if you want to stock up the fridge with food and beverages. Our host Martina was kind enough to greet us and tell us everything we need to know about the house as well as everything in general about Sardinia. We couldn’t ask for a better host, frankly. She went the extra mile and was so gracious.
Villa location is perfect for the discovery of Porto Cervo and Costa Esmeralda best beaches. The accommodation was quiet and air conditioning functioned perfectly. The host lady carefully served breakfast at desired hour in the garden with the view over the sea. There were good advices regarding restaurants etc.
The hotel is very clean and in great location - 5 min and 25 min to the best beach in Costa Smeralda. The breakfast was Ok, coffee very nice. We loved the staff - those people are genuinely helpful, always smiley with a good attitude. No fake attention - this is hard to find it in those times. The staff is simply excellent. Also a big plus is quiet perfect temperature air conditioning. We slept very well. The hotel is very quiet and there is no entertainment but we were ok with it. I would recommend to everyone! :)
Stefano was a perfect host, the apartment was lovely and spotlessly clean in a great location, right by Porto Cervo, but nice and quiet. We loved the design style of the whole block, even down to the door handles!
