I recently had the pleasure of staying at this apartment in Italy, and it was a fantastic experience. The apartment is spacious, meticulously maintained, and spotlessly clean, providing a very homely atmosphere. The owner is exceptionally welcoming and kind.
It's evident that a lot of care and attention to detail goes into the upkeep of this property. The apartment comes with air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable stay, and there is ample parking available for guests. Everything was in perfect order, and we encountered no issues during our visit.

They are usually family-run, and your host will provide local recommendations and optional meals. Often cheaper than regular hotels, guest houses can also feature a cosy living room and a garden.
The room was big enough for two of us with motorbike gear, the bathroom was clean and had a good shower. Check in was excellent and our host invited us to put our bikes in the back yard for security and ease of moving luggage. We had a good walk round the town and a couple of drinks then finished the night at the bar with Ricci , a top barman and a charming and engaging young man. If we are ever in Pocenia again we would definitely stay here.
The place is fantastic, and the host, Francesco, the kindest guy ever. The breakfast was great, too. A great place for a layover when you're on the road.
