It was one of the best experience I have ever live in my life. The owner is very kind and helpful. Also is a magic environment surrounded by nature, rivers and bridges. For those who love the nature is a paradise, really!!! Therefore the room is very comfortable and quiet, and the price match with the quality for sure!! The best experience we had in Italy. The apartment is absolutely gorgeous. Great location. Great for exploring the city and very convinient for traveling to Florence, Piza, Lucca and all around. The B&B has a great location in an antique building (very well maintained) right in the city center of Pistoia. The room and bathroom were very clean. The host was helpful and easy going. Beds are comfortable. Feels like home!
Very quiet place. A lot of nature around. Very kind hosts and helpful. Best omlette each day at breakfast 10 minutes by car to city centre. Very good value for money.

It is strategically located in front of the train station (it's a nice area, we walked in the evening) and very close to the city centre (5 mins walking).
A supermarket open till late is right next to the buidling.
