Location was outstanding with the view of the tower. The room itself was so large with a separate entry room/living area. Coffee machine with coffee pods was a lovely touch. Facilities all modern but kept the authenticity of the room with the high decorated ceilings. Bathroom very modern and incredibly clean. Room very clean throughout. Man in reception was absolutely lovely. Friendly, welcoming and helpful with recommendations of breakfast places and stored our cases safely after checkout.

Villa Gini is amazing! It’s a charming, old-fashioned family home, like stepping back in time 100 years but with modern conveniences - really atmospheric. It has a great location, lovely garden, but the best thing is the host, Roberto - a genuinely lovely man who makes you feel incredibly welcome. He says he’ll make you the best breakfast and it’s true - he does! He also makes the best coffee we had in Italy. Trust Roberto’s restaurant recommendations - he knows what he’s talking about. We would most definitely stay here again.

Casa Leopoldo was in a great location, quiet but close to everything to explore Pisa! The host was very welcoming and he gave us some nice restaurant recommendations. The room was spectacular, with beautiful decoration and high ceiling. Absolutely loved staying here and would stay again.

Great location if you need to get to the airport or Pisa Centrale train station quickly. This suited us as we planned a day trip to Lucca. The hosts are lovely and the place is clean and modern. There are some great food options nearby that are cheaper and more authentic than what you'll find near the city centre and touristy areas. Check in and Check out were very fast.
Location doesn't get any better. This apartment is just in the middle of the city centre, right on borgo stretto, but still very quiet. Walking distance to all the main attractions and train station which made it very easy to travel around. Clean and spacious it was ideal for a family of 4. Edoardo was a great host, efficient and clear with communication, he provided all the information we needed, he was very responsive on wattsup and accommodating with late check out. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks Edoardo!
Perfect location for train station and airport. About 20 minute walk from the leaning tower. Charming little bed and breakfast. Room had everything you needed and was very clean. The host was wonderful and so friendly. Very helpful and offered maps and information on what to do in Pisa. Room was very quiet so no issues sleeping. I would recommend this friendly little bed and breakfast.
