This apartment was so great. Even though you only have a small bedroom, the kitchen and balcony made it so wonderful. You can buy your food and drinks at the local grocery store which was a a 5 min walk and then enjoy people watching from the balcony. The bed is very comfortable and everything is clean. Lots of coffee and tea choices are provided. Right in the center of the town. Take a look at the ceiling when you are there. Amazing!Loved it!!!

The location is fantastic on the central square of Montepulciano, which our room overlooked. The view from the other side is probably even better, towards the Val d'Orcia and the Tuscan hills. The historic furnishings are really great and the breakfast (brought into the room) is phenomenal.

Steffano was a great host, he explained to us all the history of the Monastery and he is very kind. We also had a chance to enjoy a special dinner in one of the nights and it was one of the best food I've ever tasted. Very charming appartment with a separate big bedroom, kitchen and bathroom,. Very quiet, clean, comfy and picturesque with an amazing view on Toscani valley and Pienza village. Host is really very welcoming and also responsive in chat if you need to clarify questions in advance. Unfortunately i stayed only one night here. Huge terrasse-garden area that really invites you to have a meal or just chill outside. Amazing place to do some memory photos on the surroundings and also to realx listening the sounds of Toscani.
