The views were stunning and really nice rooms and terraces. Rooms have some lovely decorative touches and were clean. Breakfast room was beautiful too.
Staff were extremely effective communicators both before and during the stay. Hugely accommodating with any requests regarding check-in/out. Very easy stay and felt well looked after.

The place is in a good location, very nice and clean.
You have everything inside of accommodation what you need to spend a decent time in Perugia.

I really recommend anyone who is using public transport ,joining the minimetro, which is 8m walk away from property.
Use mini metro to the Fontivegge station for buses and 3m walk to train station.
If you are hungry and you want to try some really nice and local food in Perugia, I do recommend you, "La Prosciutteria," and also amazing restaurant "Al Tartufo" those two places are worth it to visit if you like to trying a region food.
When you are in Perugia, it's really worth it to visit Assisi, which is 25m away with a train, and after you can catch local bus to the centre of Assisi.

( You need to try in Assisi ,torta Al testo in the best place called Pizzeria da Andrea).
Also, if you are in Perugia , you can catch the train to Florence and spend a nice day there.
I truly recommend this place to stay in when u are visiting Perugia.

The host Ben was amazing. Instructions on where to park the car and how to get to the apartment were super clear and he had some great recommendations for restaurants in town. We really enjoyed the apartment, it was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. It’s in a quiet neighbourhood close to the city centre.
Budget accommodation in a great location, walking distance to the city, bus station and train station. Shared bathroom but I was aware of this so it was not a problem for me. Francesco speaks great English, is very helpful and a great host. For what I paid for two nights, I was happy with the accommodation.
Excellent accommodation, functional and organized, very clean and in a safe neighborhood. Very quiet at night, large confortable bed, we had a good night sleep. The position is the best to visit both the city by minimetro (a short fun ride) and the other towns of Umbria. A large good supermarket nearby makes the stay easier and cheaper. The host met us and kindly allowed a very early check-in, so we gained a whole visiting day. We highly reccommend this accommodation. Thank you for everything, Elizabeth!
Great location close to the city centre. No frills but thoughtfully equipped with the essentials, quiet, securing good heating. Small garden lovely to look out at but too cold while we were there to sit out. Host was very responsive.

Everything! This is a wonderful place to stay, great location, beautiful spacious apartment with everything you need. The hosts are lovely and checked in to see if we needed anything. It's also quiet for sleeping, the beds were comfortable and we loved our time there.

Two things for those who like very comfortable conditions which were not rated by me because it was ok from my point of view: small shower and city noises from outside. But again i know it is very difficult to make a quiet facility in the city centre so I have chosen great and comfortable location against a bit but not horrible city noise.
All of this and the price for a longer stay was very handy to me.
The property had various facilities. It was big enough to host 5 people. We stayed there only for one night. It is 7 minutes away (by car) from the city centre. The area is quiet.
