The location is extremely central. I was in Pavia for a workshop at the university and could walk to the main building within 5 minutes. There's also a great bar right outside and lots of food options. As far as location is concerned, this was absolutely perfect. The apartment is also quite large and has everything one would need. Overall, I was very impressed.

We were met by the owner who called her English speaking son. Everything was explained to us really well. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom shower was hot and the towels were excellent.
The bed was comfortable maybe just a little too big for the room size but that didn’t matter.
There was complimentary bottles of both still and sparkling water in the fridge and coffee if you wanted it.
Breakfast was in a cafe 40 metres away and that included a cappuccino plus orange juice and a croissant. Breakfast was good.

Alessandro was fantastic and the rooms were great. They were recently renovated and they were perfect. Loved the bed and the showers were wonderful. During our stay we were only able to eat at the restaurant once, but would definitely recommend it. Everything our group ate was great. The panettone we bought were the best I’ve had and the bread was excellent as well.
