It is a very stylish place, with a comfortable room and bed (big enough for two adult people), and enough privacy (thick walls, rooms far from each other). The room was spotlessly clean just like the rest of the premises. You certainly need a car to get there with GPS there is no problem reaching the premises—plenty of space to park a car. The staff was friendly and not too nosey. Tasty breakfast in minimalist style (makes sense, since there are probably not a lot of guests). Be aware it is mostly Italian style - therefore on the sweet side, even though there was a plate with hams and some (very good!!!) eggs. Can´t complain.
Our stay was in December, therefore, we could not enjoy a terrace but it seems lovely and with a huge garden! Recommended.

Localisation (close to Palmanova—UNESCO ideal city) in a very quiet rural area. The rooms were very comfy. The Wi-Fi was very fast. The food offered by the hosts was very tasty. The parking lot was in front of the house, in a fenced-off area.
One of the best apartments I've stayed in. Everything is clean and shining, new kitchen, new everything including AC. Very clever arrangement with attic bedroom. Well organized bathroom.

Loved staying there. Unique and cute decor in rooms, bathrooms looked/were brand new, outside area was fantastic. Enjoyed the patio and garden in the spring weather. Even could switch breakfast from sweet to savoury. Great hosts!
The property was clean, staff were all lovely and one spoke great English when we were checking in, in a great location with all that’s needed nearby, free parking also. There was a mini fridge which was handy too. It was very quiet
