this hotel is in a good positon at the city center, room facing the mountains have a very nice view.
staff is very friendly and kind, excellent!
our room was in the residence part and not in the hotel. this additional house seems in state of renovation, there were works in progress like painting and refurbishment. unfortunately very annoying. the room was in need of renovation as quite old , with bathroom in need of full renovation and cleaning, not happy on that.
the wellness area was closed, except for a small swimming pool.
on the other hand the main hotel is kept in a marvelous state. staff friendly ed very efficient.
dinner very good, breakfast exceptional.
price was little less than 300 per night, that is not cheap! , but in this area it seems in the average price

Nice host who speaks Italian, but we managed to understand each other. Very good location, close to the center but very quiet and private. Big garden around the house gives freshness in the hot summer day. There is everything you need to prepare a meal. The place has its own charm.

The flat was impeccably clean, very nice and tidy. Carmen & Anna are very great hosts — always available to help.
The location is very central. You can walk everywhere. It was exceptional to have two balconies to enjoy the delights of morning breakfast and quiet afternoon to unwind.
Also, the bed is very comfy and windows got great sound isolation. And the bathroom was just great too!

The property looks brand new and is perfectly located at 5 minutes walk from the city center. It's a beautifully designed hotel that is always spotlessly clean.
The room was bigger than expected and very quiet, overlooking the mountains.

The breakfast was 5 stars: All products are of top quality... fresh fruits, recently baked breads, jams, honey, cereals... etc etc. One of the best breakfasts I've had in a hotel.
As a family, it was great that the kids had their own space, in the other bedroom as well as kitchen/sitting area. Kitchen was well equipped, as we cooked at home several nights. Great location, very quiet, with wonderful views and short bus ride to Ortisei, if you don't want to drive! Hosts were lovely and helpful.
Great location, just a couple of minutes from the city centre on foot. The apartment has got everything you need for your stay, super comfy beds, kitchen has got everything to cook meals, the host Nadja is lovely and helpful.
