The property is really nice - looks like an events venue, has a lovely restaurant, and is in a quiet place, surrounded by greenery. ( only 15 mins away from beautiful Modena, by car).
The rooms are quite large, newly decorated, and have a very relaxing feel to them. Everything was spotless, and smelled very good - a lot of attention to toiletries.
Breakfast was a pleasant surprise - has everything for everyone.
All in all, money well spent in this gem of a place, I am actually considering returning for a longer stay.

Great Location to explore the old city on foot. Just a 9-Euro taxi ride from Modena train station. Only 6 rooms in building. Friendly staff on site to help you, e.g., book a taxi back to train station when we were leaving etc.

This is a nice old house but renovated very nicely in the country side. The host Guido is very kind and tells a lot about the local specialty - the Modena aceito. The rooms are spacious, the beds are very comfortable, everything is very clean. There is a huge garden. There are very good restaurants in the center of the town (3 km away suitable also for a pleasant walk)
