The location is absolutely perfect, you are just in the center of city life. Everything can be reached by foot. There were notes in some reviews about the noise from the street...if you close the balcony door, noise is not an issue at all, soundproof is good, we slept very well! We liked the room and the bathroom, super clean, spacious, beds and pillows are very comfortable. Special thanks to the stuff! They all are great!!! Very nice and friendly people, always ready to help, making your stay unforgettable. The breakfast is also very good.

The room was beautiful, very clean and modern. The jacuzzi tub was a nice added bonus as well. Staff was very insightful in showing us where to go and get the most out of our stay. My Italian isn't very good and it was very helpful that the staff knew English as well. Very nice people.

We loved everything about this hotel! Our room was always clean. Tonia was really lovely and helped us with everything. We felt really well taken care of. The room was super modern and beautiful. You definitely hear cars honking etc. but that didn’t bother us at all. The view of the city and mount Vesuvius was amazing. To us the location was great. We always felt safe. It was really close to some amazing restaurants so if you feel unsure about the location just book a room in this hotel if you can! You will love it! 🥰 Remember to bring some coins as the elevator needs 10 cents to work.

Perfectly located in Naples centro storico, but also very quiet so you can have a good night sleep. Nicely decorated and furnished. Carmine is perfect host. He welcomed us personaly and gave us a few recomendation where to eat, go out and see.
