We were right on the water which was lovely! The location was good for Murano and for ferry transportation to Venice.
The staff was exceptional and could not do enough to please us! We needed to use the cell phone translator because they spoke little English but it was not a problem. I think it added to the experience.

A delightful place to stay … the location was close to the railway & we felt safe & secure! The beautiful room was small but suited our needs! Breakfast was superb… & our host for breakfast was lovely she cooked me eggs & arranged everything beautifully… the food was truly delicious! Plenty of options to eat out nearby!

Location is perfect ( it is at a corner. It takes a little effort to find it, sign is not very obvious). Room is nice and spacious. Room is nicely remodeled. Standard European 2 twin beds. Staff is very helpful and warm. Price is reasonable compared with surrounding hotels. Totally 6 apartments at the facility.

The location was perfect as we arrived by train at Santa Lucia and then departed to the airport. Easy walk with just 3 bridges, 2with just a few stairs and the longest had a ramp. Quick walk to the Vaporetto and some great restaurants close by.

Fantastic apartment and location. Well managed and thoughtfully appointed. Would highly recommend and we will stay here again. Steps may be a challenge for some, but a chair lift is available if needed (mainly for luggage).

Very clean rooms and confy bed. The hotel is located along a quiet canal with restaurants and bars close by. Murano is a great location to stay in for a weekend in Venice allowing you to avoid the touristic caos. The vaporetto to Venice (15-20 min boat ride) stops is a 5 min walk from the hotel. Very friendly staff!
The apartment was perfect, stylish, very clean, beautiful decoration, lovely terrace with very nice furniture. Even the sofabed was so comfort for a tall person like me. Apartment is situated absolutely nice and quiet street, not far from seaside promenade and shopping places. The hostess was so helpful and very lovely. Best place to stay in Murano.
We are very happy with our stay at this place. The host was very welcoming and kind, the communication was smooth and we had no issues with getting to the place. The apartament was very clean, spacious and well equipped in a nice, quiet nieghbourhood with great connection to all islands. We had everything we needed, we couldn't find a better place to stay, thank you! :)
