The house was huge with nice roof balcony to seat, with a lovely outdoor space to have breakfast and a big swimming pool between the mountain.
The room was very clean - modern and big.
Parking was available and breakfast was amazing as it had local products home made.

Excellent place to reside whilst visiting Cosenza. Centrally located, secure parking, fantastic bed and bathroom facilities. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. Breakfast is served at a nice little bar around the corner and you have snacks and drinks in the room. Wish I could have stayed longer but I will be back!

Excellent value. Well located walk to train and restaurants. Friendly and professional host. Delicious breakfast at the cafe. Helpful hint: It may be more convenient to check in at the cafe, especially at night or odd hours. It's located at Via nuova del porto 18.

The room is tiny but comfortable, warm, and clean. It has a wonderful balcony, large enough for a nice outdoor dinner
Very close to Autostrada but mostly surrounded by country side. It has a beautiful garden and space to park the car. Marco, the host, does his best to make you feel at home. It also has a restaurant with hosts being offered a special menu. Our 2 dogs were more than welcome. Highly recommended.
