While traveling to Livorno, my family needed a place to stay overnight. The owners were extremely welcoming, even assisting me in parking the car with a trailer in their driveway. The accommodation was very spacious, featuring a large living room, kitchen with a dining table, two separate bedrooms, and a bathroom on the first floor.

The place has a really good situation in the middle of the major cities in the North of Tuscany. At arrival we were surprised to find a beautiful garden with in the middle a small building that housed the kitchen, equipped with allot of supplies. The jacuzzi was also a really nice surprise. The appartment itself was really clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom is also equipped with everything needed.
The owners are a very nice young couple who gave us a warm welcome when we arrived. They made sure we had a nice stay, the bottle of wine and the snacks/fruits were also well appreciated. I can really received a stay here!

The swimming pool was great, they clean it everyday so we could enjoy it, also not too deep on one side so also good for children.
The personnel is really nice, limited English but we made do with translate etc. They were super helpful with any requests we had.
The locations was also great to visit lots of places within +/- 1hour, like Pisa, Lucca, Florence and Montecatini itself is nice, recommend going up to M. Alto with the train.

Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travellers who prefer unfussy accommodation with a personal touch. They are usually family-run, and your host will provide local recommendations and optional meals. Often cheaper than regular hotels, guest houses can also feature a cosy living room and a garden.
The apartment is simply perfect, spotless clean, in a very convenient, quiet and pleasant location, just at a few yards from the spa!
The owners Antonella and Maurizio are the best hosts you can find! They really want to make your stay as great as possible! My mum and I felt very spoiled and looked after! Grazie mille carissimi e a presto!
This is a beautifull quiet country home. It is good for families and those who enjoy the countryside. Exploring the breathtaking surounding area. Ideally located between Pisa and Florence with Sienna on the south. Requires a car to stay, ideal for roadtrip to explore Tuscany or stay away from the world and relax in a ideal country setting. The property well kept and clean. Spacious rooms, good bathroom. Friendly host and plenty to explore around in terms of olive grooves, wildlife and history. Kittys included. Would recomend.
Cosy, but not small, quiet but not isolated. We stayed in Donna Valeria's home for three nights, as it was in perfect distance to Piza, the west coast, Siena and Florence. An ideal place to rest if you are visiting big cities and want to have a peaceful place to return to in the evening. Very close to the market, bakery and city centre, where you can enjoy local food. I would love to have such a house in the future!
Thank you to our hosts - the property had everything we needed, generous breakfast, easy parking, quiet neighbourhood. Antonella was so helpful and friendly and willing to help with anything we needed.
Wonderful host and a quaint little house in a lovely village. We stayed with my 2 little kids during Easter wkend the Gabriella even prepared an Easter themed breakfast with chocolate eggs for the little ones. The village is really lovely as well with some great food with reasonable prices! Definitely recommend this place
