Very nice, intimate hotel! This place has a soul! The rooms were renovated, clean, with the coffee machine, fridge, airco and balcony just next to the swimming pool. The garden was very nice to chill and to sunbath. Very nice owners, family business. SOS device under the shower. Breakfast was not too big but good, fresh eggs, cheese, ham, croissants, cake, fruits, jams, nutella etc. and delicious coffee! I really recommend that place! Only half hour to Como. Parking on the property with closed fence. Every room has it's own code so no key needed, VERY GOOD IDEA!

The house has been beautifully restored to accommodate guests with no expense spared. Breakfast was perfect - and elegant. So much local produce, beautifully presented. Our host made excellent recommendations about a local bar and restaurant, and let us leave our luggage until we departed for the airport late in the day. It was a really great place to stay and we are sorry we did not stay longer! Stephane is a really professional host who has created something special.

Very clean, the host very kind and attentive, private parking, very close to a nice restaurant (although it was fully booked and we could not get a table, however I managed to do a takeaway). Decent wifi. There are also cooking facilities in the room. Quiet neighborhood. Side note: The customer friendly staff made me raise the rating for this property.

Pros: The owner, Eleonora was absolutely lovely, responding immediately to messages. She and her husband were kindness personified. The flat was spacious, spotlessly clean, with a very comfortable bed, good shower, and a little balcony. There was a good-sized mini fridge and a coffee machine. Short walk to some very good local restaurants and a big Lidl supermarket. If you are taking the boat from Como, it's a 10 minute walk from Tavernola or Cernobbio stops.

Sabrina is a gracious , helpful host and the property is an idyllic quiet slice of heaven right on the lake front. we particularly liked having a private access to the water as well as a lovely balcony to enjoy meals and drinks on.
