Really nice family welcomed us. The apartment is very clean and well-stocked with everything you need, plus added bonuses like a coffee machine, milk and water. Do be aware that it's ideal for those traveling by car, as the apartment is a bit outside of the city, and the other thing to note is that the entrance is through the house, but it still feels very private. The apartment is very quiet, perfect for light sleepers!

The room was spacious and equipped with everything you could need. I must emphasize how highly I rate the host, Massimo. He was always ready to help, with his responses being practically immediate. Moreover, after each room cleaning (upon request), the host would restock the fridge with complimentary beverages, as well as tea, coffee sachets, and sweets. The apartment's location was just near the city center, in a quiet part of town, yet well-connected by buses. I am very satisfied with my stay at this place and would gladly return.

Elena is a very nice, helpful host. The apartment is beautiful, it is decorated with Her own paintings, it creates a real Italian atmosphere, it was a good feeling just to be there. The apartment is very well equipped, you will find everything you need. She responded immediately to all our questions/requests. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood, the city center or the ring is just 2 min by car. Parking is also easy with the remote control. We will definitely be back.

We booked - again - because we felt so welcome and comfortable the first time, and felt the same again this time. Also important: Ultra safe parking in the courtyard, which is locked. In order to reach the city centre of Modena, you take a train. The train station is just around the corner (200 meters) with trains to the city center at least every hour. There are some restaurants close by (3 min by car).

The house is located at the heart of the city, such a convenient area for the Mercato Albinelli, the main squares, monuments, and street. Plus, the room was very quiet and spacious for a 5 days stay, and the bathroom + kitchen facilities were sparkling clean. The old building is rather charming. I'd definitely recommend it as the host is very welcoming and friendly as well
