Warm welcome. Plenty of useful information given about metro lines, restaurants, and places of interest. Giorgio is obviously very passionate about Milan. The room felt luxurious and a home from home. Each room has its own hot water supply, so the walk-in shower was at a good temperature from the start.Towels were changed during our short stay. Tea and coffee making facilities and a fridge in the room were very welcome. Also, there was a kitchen area with microwave, fridge, and cutlery that was kept clean and tidy by the housekeeper. Access to the property, even late at night, was easy using the electronic card entry system. The neighbourhood was quiet, and we felt safe walking around. Breakfast at Locanda was typically Italian with friendly service.The property is also close to Milano Centrale station, a few minutes' walk. This was my second stay here, and I would recommend it.

Very nice room, not big but great for 2 people. The staff was very helpful and also gave us great instructions on how to reach the room, how to open etc. The location is close to everything and good tram connection.

This is a great flat: was really clean and incredibly close to the city centre! The terrace was probably my favourite bit: so charming with lots of greenery! :) The area is very quiet and has everything that you need around, so that is perfect! The owners were very lovely and understanding and communicated amazingly all the details of our stay and how to get our keys etc. A great flat in a fascinating area and the best hosts made for a wonderful experience!

The building has a lot of charm, like from a film. The apartment is very clean, comfortable, well equipped, in a great location-a lot of places serving delicious food and drinks around, easy access to public transport(about 30 mins away from city centre, a bit less if you drive),a supermarket nearby. At the same time quiet enough if you just fancy a night in.
Street parking is available, we never had issues finding a space.
The apartment is perfectly located in a quiet non-touristic area and still just a few metro stops away from the main city center attractions. A renovated property, combining modern comfort and style with charming classical vibes of the building and stunning view to the church and square. Very easy communication to the host, smooth and easy self-check-in process. A safe neighbourhood with nice cafes, restaurants and shops. The right place to stay if you want to avoid the crowds and feel the real city vibes.
The appartment was very clean and comfortable, and in person it looks even better than on the pictures. The hosts are super nice and helpful, they are available and explain everything very well.

Centrally located property in the heart of Milan with a very comfortable room on a quiet street only 10 min walk from the Duomo. Bed and breakfast options were available and the hosts were so helpful in organising a taxi to the train station. If staying in Milan again, I would definitely try to book again with Ca' Monteggia Guest House.

We asked for a pun to worm hot water for tea, she brought us one. She was a great host and made all efforts to help to feel good.
The apartament was clean, comfortable and stylish. There are nice couple places to eat downstairs iw you’re not willing to go to the city centre. Metro is really close so you don’t have to walk to the city center you can take the train which is also very cheap. The host was very very friendly, we could come earlier and drop off our luggage. The apartment was big enough for a couple so we had a lot of space for ourselvs.
Cheap, spacious and great location for trains which was great for access to the airport. It was a 15 minute walk to the main station. Dante was a great host with great communication and was very friendly.
