Everything! This was our first in Milano and thanks to Roberto, we had an amazing stay and experience.
The hotel is just a minute away from the metro stop Wagner. You can reach it very easily from Milano Cardona or Centrale train station by metro. It also takes only 10 minutes to get to Duomo using the same metro line.
The hotel is located at the inner yard of a beautiful building. Roberto gave us all the instructions for a smooth check-in. I had seen the photos of the room, but when we entered, I couldn't believe the generous treats. Lots of them! We were also welcomed with a personal note, delicious cookies and a bottle of prosecco. You will never feel hungry or in need for coffee at New Marghera!
The room was very comfortable, the bathroom was new and amazing. This place is spotlessly clean! I very rarely feel so comfortable at a hotel room.
Next time we come to Milano, we won't look for any other option. Grazie mille, Roberto!

Location was great, tucked away on a quiet street but very close to all the popular sites (we were able to walk to the opera at La Scala and back very easily). Stefania the host was very helpful and the staff were also kind and accommodating. As I was recovering from an operation, Stefania gave a ground floor room which was perfect.
The toiletries in the bathroom were a surprise - Ortigia products which we love and use at home since we discovered them on a trip to Sicily. So nice.

The room is as seen on the pictures (green room with Eifel tower poster), not super big, but perfect for one person with a nice and spacious bathroom and a little desk in the bedroom.
The bed is confortable.
Everything is very clean.

The neighbourhood is very international, but there is an Italian restaurant right next door, which is nice.
Also the cafe at the other side of the street is super practical to have a breakfast cappuccino and Cornetto.
The metro is 5min walk away and connects easily to the city center.

Location!!! We came with car and didn't need to move them from parking because you are few steps from Duomo. What is very important to us is cleanliness and it is at a high level with them. The staff is very friendly and always at your service.

The guesthouse is near to Central Station. The access via code functioned perfect. The host reacts to questions and messages immediatly and ist very friendly. The room was very clean and quiet. Everything was very good organized. Thank you very much, team of Ca Bèla.

This is a great flat: was really clean and incredibly close to the city centre! The terrace was probably my favourite bit: so charming with lots of greenery! :) The area is very quiet and has everything that you need around, so that is perfect! The owners were very lovely and understanding and communicated amazingly all the details of our stay and how to get our keys etc. A great flat in a fascinating area and the best hosts made for a wonderful experience!

The building has a lot of charm, like from a film. The apartment is very clean, comfortable, well equipped, in a great location-a lot of places serving delicious food and drinks around, easy access to public transport(about 30 mins away from city centre, a bit less if you drive),a supermarket nearby. At the same time quiet enough if you just fancy a night in.
Street parking is available, we never had issues finding a space.
The apartment is perfectly located in a quiet non-touristic area and still just a few metro stops away from the main city center attractions. A renovated property, combining modern comfort and style with charming classical vibes of the building and stunning view to the church and square. Very easy communication to the host, smooth and easy self-check-in process. A safe neighbourhood with nice cafes, restaurants and shops. The right place to stay if you want to avoid the crowds and feel the real city vibes.
The appartment was very clean and comfortable, and in person it looks even better than on the pictures. The hosts are super nice and helpful, they are available and explain everything very well.

Centrally located property in the heart of Milan with a very comfortable room on a quiet street only 10 min walk from the Duomo. Bed and breakfast options were available and the hosts were so helpful in organising a taxi to the train station. If staying in Milan again, I would definitely try to book again with Ca' Monteggia Guest House.

We asked for a pun to worm hot water for tea, she brought us one. She was a great host and made all efforts to help to feel good.
The apartament was clean, comfortable and stylish. There are nice couple places to eat downstairs iw you’re not willing to go to the city centre. Metro is really close so you don’t have to walk to the city center you can take the train which is also very cheap. The host was very very friendly, we could come earlier and drop off our luggage. The apartment was big enough for a couple so we had a lot of space for ourselvs.
Cheap, spacious and great location for trains which was great for access to the airport. It was a 15 minute walk to the main station. Dante was a great host with great communication and was very friendly.
