We had an amazing stay at this charming bed and breakfast! The place was impeccably clean and conveniently situated close to restaurants, train station and buses. However, what truly made our experience unforgettable was the exceptional hospitality of the host. When we encountered an issue with our airline and luggage, the owner went above and beyond to assist us, even conversing fluently in Italian with the courier company to ensure our belongings arrived on time. We couldn't have asked for a more caring and accommodating host. Highly recommended!

The building is conveniently positioned close to the train stop, bus stop and aeroport shuttles, 7-8 min by walk.
The property was clean with very clear house rules.
Mauro showed us how everything works, gave us info about moving around and made recommendations.
The room is a good size, equiped with dressing, night tables, hanger for clothes and bags, AC, basically everything you need.
The bathroom is newly renovated and looks very good.
Also we could leave the bags for storage on the departure day, as we had late plane, for a small charge of 10 euros, which was great for us and we managed to take advantage of the day and visit more Venice.
I would recommend this property and would definitely cone back.

Valentina was a great host! The location was perfect and extra clean! Very close to the bus station and a 15 min ride to Venice. The apartment is in downtown Mestre so lots of restaurants and shops around. Wish we would have stayed longer.

Owner was very friendly and helpful. Location is great, just 5 minutes walk to train station. We could park safely in the garage. I recommend you to eat at Da Michele restaurant which is a few minutes walk from Rosa Garden.

The villa is lovely place, relaxing quiet garden and a nice swimming pool. Our room was really nice, much bigger than expected and sleeping there was lovely. The style and design of the apartment was really nice and I have to praise amazing hosts- the room was ready despite we arrived 2 hours earlier. Also they allowed kids to be in the pool outside official hours. Overall, the whole place is really charming and a bus stop for the connections to Venice is right in front of the house.

It was a nice appartment, with a great location, just in centre of Mestre, walkable to every destination,clean, safe. We had problems with the AC but nothing that wasn’t handled by our great host Dario. He made our stay easy, like locals. We had a very late check-in because of our flight and he was ok with that. As for the breakfast, we could have it at home or at the shop in front of the house.
Everything was perfect. Luca is a great host who has the best recommendations for absolutely everything! The guesthouse itself is amazing and its position in Mestre is very advantageous: close to the bus station, supermarkets, and restaurants. It’s the perfect accommodation if you want to visit Venice and the surroundings.
The room was large enough and clean. It was on the ground floor, overlooking the courtyard. The hotel was quiet during our visit. The staff was very nice, we arrived by car and parked in front of the hotel all day. We were advised to visit Venice by bus, it was a cheap price (1,50Eur for one trip). If you are not expecting luxury for a short visit to Venice I recommend it. Great location of the hotel.
Great location! Not far from one of the train stations and you can easily catch the bus near the apartment to go to Venice city center. Good price, clean room with bathroom, fully equipped shared kitchen. There are also great supermarkets near the apt, as well as cafes, self-service laundary, good and cheap chinese and indian restaurants. The host was also very kind
Teresa was a great host, quite responsive before I arrived at the hotel and during my stay there. Upon checking in, she gave me a great run-down on how to get around the city. Great location, close to a bus stop that leads straight to Venezia and quite close to Mestre Train station as well.
The object is charming, cozy, comfortable, and in a great location. The host is friendly and kind. Everything is on top in this apartment. It is clean and warm, has great kitchen accessories, and has complete help and support from the host during the stay—a perfect option for those visiting Venice since it is very close to public transportation. We absolutely recommend this place!

Great host Luca, beautiful, old, italian villa, fully furnished with comfortable bed, very quiet at night, delicious breakfast, direct bus to Venice in front of the house, free and safe parking…I could write three pages about our experience in Casa Lunia.
