Nice, clean, peaceful and well appointed house in the old part of Modica. Giusy, the owner, will meet you nearby and show you to the house, you will never find it by yourself. Expect to share the kitchen with the occupants of the other room. Walking distance to all the Modica attractions. Internet worked fine. Parking is relatively easy in the nearby street, few minutes walk from the house.

The owner was especially accommodating in meeting us at the apartment and providing wonderful recommendations for dining in this city "off the tourist grid." The large balcony / terrace outside and the space that the apartment had. It had all the utensils to cook for yourself which is what we like. Close to town, 8 minute walk. The hosts were very helpful. When we asked if they had a kettle it appeared the next day. Very clean apartment in quiet residential area.
It’s a great location! The pool is perfect in a beatuiful maintained garden. We enjoyed being outside a lot, also in the nice lounge corner and at the large table - perfectly situated in the shadow for breakfast and BBQ dinner. The interior is perfect as well - spacious enough and good working airconditioning - so nice and cool. The host is very kind and responds to questions, right away! Very helpful. He also provided good recommendations upfront. We enjoyed the restaurants and places he recommended. All together, it was a perfect stay!
Everything was great, the owner Mrs.Luciana is an exeptional host. She do everything to make you happy and to have a great stay. Very delicious breakfast with very delicious cakes homemade from Mrs.Luciana, all the place is clean and very quiet. Also very safe especially with little toddlers.

Adele is the great host, and she gave as warm welcome. The place is cozy and has everything that you need. The location is also perfect for us, it isn't the city center, but Marina di Ragusa available by foot. There are several beaches available, the closest (~5-10 minutes walk) is small and wild, but more organized beaches will be available within an additional 10-minute walk. We loved the grill facility, secure underground parking also is a massive plus for us. Good supermarket in 5-minute ride by car.
The property is comfy and well planned and there was enough space for the family of 4 people. It is also located on the new high standard building complex. The location is superb: near to beach and 2 shops, to the playground and to the city center. On Tuesday it was a local market with fresh fruits, vegetables and sea food just behind your apartment. The furniture is new and good quality. You can sleep with pleasure and find enough space for your garderobe :) Stefano is good host, who helps with any questions.
