The breakfast was very italian, pretty cozy and nice things. The location is a little off the beach area, definitely possible to walk there, but car is recommended. A small kitchen area with a fridge shared among some rooms, so we brought home a lot of food for lunch or snacks.

A lovely quiet location, surrounded by beautiful countryside. We were given a lovely welcome by the owner, as well as her niece, who who made a wonderful interpreter, aiding our conversations with the owner. When we asked if it was possible to arrive a little early and wait by the pool, we were told that would be no problem for a fee of just 10 Euros. Although the room was small it was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was very cleverly designed to make best use of the small space.

A superb apartment, one of a block, lovely and light with small balcony. Plenty of room with great facilities for a two night stay. A 25 minute walk to the beautiful local town of Sorolo, which means that buying any food items needs to be planned. Probably my only improvement might be the provision of, certainly first morning, breakfast as there is only the local town. Great provision of a bus to the nearest beach. Without doubt Veronica provides magical assistance e,g. booked us into a fabulous restaurant overlooking the sea.

absolutely wonderful place. the owner, sabrina, is the nicest person on the planet. she goes above and beyond. cleans the rooms daily. comfy beds, the rooms all have decks, secure and safe place to stay. the location is great because you can walk to so many beaches, restaurants, stores, and the town center. nice shower/bathroom in the room. strong wifi. mini fridge and kettle. the owner communicated with us via whatsapp, and she was able to help us out with reccomendations for restaurants and places to visit. she was able to answer all of our questions, and helped us out a lot with ease! she even arranged a taxi for us when we left. overall this was my favourite place i stayed, and i will be coming back in the future and would recommend it to anyone!!

Excellent qulility and price ratio, breakfast inluded. clean, modern and quiet place on the hill with a nice view. Fifteeen minute walk to the seasise, but with a car it wasn't a problem. Parking available in the shade.
Brand new hotel opened in May 2023 with excellent facilities, spacious room and good design. Free bike rental allow stress free commute and sun beds in the nearby beach are included if you don’t want to real by the really quiet pool.
The property is located I. A very nice, clean and quiet condo with only few apartments, just a few steps from the beach and in the center of all the main attractions (it’s a small village and therefore very quiet).
The property is in a nice and quiet residential area, very close to a number of good restaurants and at walking distance from the beach of Marcelli. The beach of Numana can be reached by means of a free shuttle, but you can also choose to walk there as we diff (35 minutes). The house has a nice garden with a beautiful plum tree (and you can help
yourself with the plums). The rooms are comfortable and very clean. The host is extremely nice and helpful. Overall, excellent value for money.
