Wonderful location on a piazza. Limited car traffic, so it's relatively quiet. Free parking is an about four minutes away.

Hard to get to, as it it is in mountainous village so climbing many stairs/steps is expected. Apartment was well appointed and very comfortable. The hosts were very helpful

Pietro speaks English, helped us find the place. He sent his mother to meet us and said she does'nt speak English. She explained and showed us everything. No English but a wonderful explainer.

Great location in Matera Centro storico, clean, renovated room with a comfortable bed and bathroom. Air conditioner works very well, terrace was lovely to relax on in the afternoon. Breakfast was great too, very easy check in and lovely accomodating hosts. Easy parking down the road

WOW!!!! There is no other word for how wonderful our stay was! Angela is a fabulous host who greeted us with genuine warmth and joy (and fabulous aperitivo!) Stunning views in a very quiet location. Our room was beautifully decorated, warm and comfortable. Angela prepared the most amazing fresh breakfast for us both mornings - we ate like kings 😍 The local restaurant is also very good and a five minute walk, best fresh fish I've had in Italy. Lovely location that overlooked the harbour. Excellent breakfast with so many choices, muesli's, cereals, yoghurt, fruit, fresh pastries, juices etc etc. Was wonderful enjoying this on the open terrace while taking in the beautiful views. Great host. Large bedroom with spacious living area. Would highly recommend.
Luca was a great host and his mother was so generous - she made pasta for us because all the eating places were closed for mezzogiorno, and we'd missed breakfast because our very early start to the day. What a wonderful, sweet deed! The apartment is very generously sized, with a sitting room, kitchen, and decent sized bathroom. All upgraded with modern amentities. Free, secured parking on-site is a plus
