This place is perfectly situated if you have a rental car and plan on visiting both Ferrari museums and the Lamborghini factory. Get to Ferrari early…when they open at 0930. Make sure you have a reservation for the Lamborghini factory tour before you go. Could not have been happier with the 3 day/2 night visit.

The most beautiful rooms you will find in Modena, perhaps in Italy. Certainly for the price. The staff were all exemplary with their helpfulness, and they couldn’t have been more courteous. You will feel as if you just stepped back in time 400 years, except now you have every modern convenience.

Accommodation was a brand new apartment in a very quiet area, yet right in the middle of town near great eateries and a 5 minute walk to the Ferrari museum and Ferrari test-drive businesses. Lovely big bathroom and great air-conditioning, comfy bed. Free Netflix and other streaming services in English was fantastic. Had a great sleep. Cheery host Enzo was awesome. I would 100% stay here again.

Very good location, in a quiet street. The Ferrari museum and the center are approx. 10 minutes walk. Parking is free on the street, next to the house. The hospitality is fantastic, the host is simply great. The apartment is fully equipped, the rooms are spacious and the kitchen meets all needs. And the breakfast - served by the host at the requested time - is flawless.
From a location perspective - in terms of all that is Ferrari - the hotel is perfect. Enzo the owner is fantastic - hospitable / helpful and very friendly - great host.
