The location was incredible, it was situated in the center of everything in Livorno walking distance to all the restaurants, shops , supermarket etc. The owner Leonardo is wonderful, he drove us to the airport and picked us up from the port upon our arrival. Good place for one night stay (ferry in the morning), clean spacious room with a bathroom. Parking in the street but the neighbourhood seemed safe.

Located in the middle of the city, the apartment has a small interior patio, for some fresh air. The area seemed to be pretty quiet. Parking space is free but that means you also have to make sure you don't arrive very late, as you may not find some available. The inside of the apartment was very spacious and clean. Hosts were very nice and helpful with extra info, needed for our stay. They even provided us with a list of good restaurants and beaches nearby.
Very good breakfast, great location right next to Livorno. After sightseeing, you can return to a very quiet place and relax by the pool. The room is equipped with great air conditioning.
The hostess was very nice, helpful and gave advice about tourist attractions in Tuscany. She personally prepared the entire sightseeing plan for me during our stay :) A quiet, safe place, fenced on all sides with a private parking lot.

The property is located in the city centre close to many facilities and bar. There is a bus stop just 3 minutes away with frequent services connecting to the lungomare.

Very good public transport, so you can get to the city center and train station in less than 20 minutes. Good base to visit other cities like Piza. Very good contact with the host.
Great location. Close to the city beach and other attractions by the sea. Quiet neighbourhood, convenient parking. Local small food stores 100-300 m away. Very convenient if you like to taste homemade food or enjoy getting pizza in a small restaurant. City centre is ralatively close (2km away), but its is a nice walk there on the marina. The host was very welcoming and helpful.
Great location, most hospitable host I have ever come across. Excellent facilities and the best stocked kitchen with food galore and coffee! (No expense spared!). I truly recommend this place as its a 2 bedroom place and plenty of room for eveb 2 couples. The wine in the fridge qas a nice touch. All up very thoughtful and considered approach to hosting. I was very impressed. Also, very quiet so I finally had the sleep I needed after touring across Italy for 4 months. Definitely the best place I've stayed at!
