Very clean room and bathroom. They were cleaned every day. Great location, and I enjoyed very much that a bike was included so I could explore Grado and surroundings. Moreover Laura is lovely: very friendly and welcoming, and attention to the client.

traditional style building, modernised and furnished to a very high standard. Staff were kind and friendly. The breakfast selection was varied and delicious. The wine bar and coffee shop was reasonably priced and stylish as were the gardens.

Everything was super. It's a newly refurbished apartment house near to the beach. The hosting couple was very friendly and helpful with everything. The surroundings was very calm and quiet. We travelled with car, and at nights there were free parking lots near to the apartment. We will come back next year.
The location is great, just nearby a self-service restaurant with cheap but very tasty food. The walking distance to the city centre is bearable (about 10min), but walking next to the beach is in any case scenic. The hotel staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, and accommodated all our wishes. Especially nice is the shadowy parking space (not a garage, but under trees). The accommodation is right at the beach, so only across the street and you're there.

We really enjoyed the stay at Residenza al Mare, which is very close to the beach and the city center, with a nice and modern swimming pool. The host has been particularly nice and helpful. I consider coming back to the apartment again, certainly recommend it.
We loved the sea view and the calm neighborhood! The city center and the beach was very close like 10-15 mins by walk. The apartment was superclean.The host is very friendly and the communication was smooth! We enjoyed our stay very much!
