A nice older property that having a car is a distinct benefit as it’s located up and out of the city on a narrow curvy road. Also a nice live-in host that was very helpful when we could not find the location of the house. Be sure to call Enzo and ask him for the proper address before attempting to find the property. He wound up coming to find us and we followed him up the hill to the proper address.

Balcony with the lake view. The bed is so comfortable. Need to add extra pillow because the pillow is too thin for me.
Clean, very quiet, and very near to the ferry terminal, cafe, restaurant and 15 mins walk to the train station.
The shower is small but the hot water runs perfect
The room was in good temperature.
Very clean shared kitchen downstairs but we didn't use it.
Communication with the host was easy too. Online check in, online paid the city tax. And they provided WhatsApp number just in case you need it

Exceptionally helpful messaging/ staff with fantastic instructions (with pics) for access to the property & the room. Immediately responded to communications, followed up to make sure all was good with the room and asked for feedback if anything needed to be improved.

Nice apartment with great balcony and pool. Great host, Easy to communicate through whatsapp. Close to fantastic Beach and found a great store for gourmet food in the center.
Apartment literally at the small and peaceful public beach- you just take your swimming stuff and 30 seconds later you are swimming in the lake. Our kids loved the place!!
Lierna - the town - is small any rather less touristy, which was a big plus for us. It is great location along Como lake- easy train connections to Varenna , ferry connections to Bellagio and Como- all within 15min walk from the apartment.

Hosts were exceptional...they go beyond to care for their guests. We had car problems and they were very understanding and accommodating !
Wished we had more time at this wonderful accommodation, to further experience it's fabulous onsite restaurant and private beach across the street with beautiful mountain views overlooking Bellagio. Highly recommend...do yourself a favor book this Guesthouse to boost your Lake Como experience !!

Charming, quirky property which was very clean and comfortable. Pretty gardens and view out to the lake from the terrace. Great location, 2 min walk to a lovely beach. Host was excellent, very welcoming and excellent breakfasts!
The room and facilities are very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was excellent and Marco was a great host. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay in a quiet area of the lake.
Caty and Carlo were great hosts. The apartment is large, has a decent view, and it is close to a breach with facilities. Pizza place is 12min away. There is a quiet restaurant next door, and was handy for setting off for trips round the lake.
This was our second visit to La Spiaggia and it wont be our last. Its in a great location, right on the lake. Breakfast and dinner on the balcony with a view of the lake is amazing. The rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. We had dinner twice and the food was delicious. Marco and Chiara are great hosts, friendly and helpful and they create a wonderful atmosphere which added to our stay.
