The location was good, it was only a few minutes away from the main station in Lido and about 30 minutes total (via ACTV public transportation) away from St Marks Square (depending on the route and time of day)
Set in a Gothic building of the 15th century, Palazzo Odoni offers accommodations with free WiFi a few steps from a characteristic canal in Venice.

Wonderful staff, incredible hospitality, perfect location, far from the bustle and crowds, but close enough to be a short and delightful walk to anywhere. Thanks for taking such great care of my family.

The location was fantastic. The hotel is situated down a quiet narrow pedestrian street with a small court at the entrance which is always a calm space. Then just outside the narrow street there is activity: gondola station, shops, restaurants, and a line of campos to explore. We found the hotel was very close to the major tourist sites: Rialto Bridge (we could see it from our balcony) and St. Marks Bascilica. We were also close to the Vaparetto stop Ca' D'Oro to use for traveling to further away places. The building also has access to a side canal of the grand canal which we used to have a water taxi take us to the airport for 150 euros, it was a huge help to have pick up right there because we brought too much luggage to juggle with a toddler. We absolutely loved the A/C in the old building to keep us comfortable, and we used the hotel room to cool off during the hottest part of the day. We really enjoyed our view of the Grand Canal each night. We spent the last part of each evening watching all the boats go by at night below from our window. It was an unexpected experience I would want again if I visit Venice again because the boat traffic is so unique and calm, from the open balcony windows it's distant enough that it's not intrusive.
Ca' Riza offers air-conditioned rooms and apartments with free Wi-Fi, in the heart of Venice's historic center. St Mark’s Square is a 20-minute stroll away.

This was truly an amazing location. Everything was literally at our door step. San Marco square was a 5 minute walk away and there was a gondola station 10 feet from our location which we took advantage of. Restautrants and shops were also very close. Our hotel was a 14th Century building converted into a hotel. You got to select your breakfast and delivery time to your room the night before, great selection. Our group of 6 caught the water bus from the Venice airport to the hotel.
The hotel manager met us at the Rialta stop for a 10 minute walk to the hotel We will without a doubt stay here again when we return to Venice.
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travelers who prefer laid-back accommodations with a personal touch. Usually family run, these hosts will provide local recommendations and even optional meals. Guest houses sometimes feature a cozy living room or a garden – and are still cheaper than most regular hotels.
The host couple were very welcoming, the room was very nice, Venetian decor, felt at home, breakfast in the garden was nice, very quiet area. Host was very knowledgable about Venice.
Such a large apartment a perfect place for a family of 4. Conveniently placed for the beach/shops and restaurants but in a quieter part of town. Natalie was the perfect host
The property was really high quality. It has been fitted out to a very high standard with great care and attention to detail.
The hosts were very helpful, kind and generous.
It is located in a quiet area that was really close to the beach and the Main Street in the Lido. This also meant it was easy to access Venice and surrounding islands from ferry terminal.
Amazing apartment in the great, quiet part of Lido. Walking distance to restaurants, shops, beach and boat lines to Venice and Marco Polo. Small patio with flowers and seating area. Great host. Amazing hospitality level.
Very kind and helpful staff. Great location close to the Vaporetto, but on a quiet street with a charming garden in a beautiful neighbourhood. A short boat trip to the Biennale at Giardini and Arsenale, charming Guidecca and wherever you want to explore the beauty of Venice and the lagoon. Moreover a short walk to the beach.
The room had everything I needed, breakfast was delicious with many options and furthermore a good choice of gluten free food. Definitely recommended! Thanks!
Excellent, warm welcome from our host Francesco, took care, very quiet location, close to beach, the walk from the boat terminal is always nice, charming room with good Internet, very spacious garden as well as shared social room / hall to sit and relax
Francesco supported by his wife Sara is a very professional host regarding cleanliness and hospitality.
Staying in this charming traditional villa, although situated on the quieter Lido Island, complements the experience of visiting Venice.
