One of the nicest places we have ever stayed at. Location, views, hot tub, breakfast, staff, the room, gardens, balcony, the restaurant.... everything was perfect.

We had a car which was important - would not want to walk from baveno / stresa without the car - but parking was free and easy to find by the entrance to the property.

Very sweet host! The entire house was in general just really clean. The kitchen had plenty of new facilities and free coffee/snacks. For the price we paid it was definitely exceeding our expectations. The view was also terrific and romantic. We gathered up in front of the small windows with a tagliere and some aperol spritz. Lago Maggiore is a wonderful quiet get away with beautiful nature!!

We spent 2 wonderful weeks in the apartment on lower level of the villa with the little secluded terrace which was perfect for us and our little Maltese dog. The villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden and is situated in a very quiet and peaceful area. A little public beach is only a 5 min walk away and a bigger sandy beach is a 15 min walk away. The centre of Lesa with some nice restaurants can also be reached within 15 min by foot. Enrico is the perfect host, friendly, helpful, engaged, and very welcoming. We enjoyed every chat with him ☺️

We absolutely loved the hearty and delicious breakfast – it really set us up for the day of exploring the nearby tourist spots, which were just minutes away.
Being only a 10-minute walk from the city center for dinner was super convenient too.

The host is a very kind person, answering questions very quickly. The location is clean and quiet. There are good restaurants for dinner near the lake. You can park your car near the location. The airco works well, the beds are good and the accommodation has everything you need. Compliments for the host Enrico.
Great location , lovely spotless pool in mature gardens . Lorenzo and Giuseppe are fabulous hosts , very helpful nothing, is too much trouble for them .

I had an accident when I was traveling alone in Italy. Ralph let me stay in his house, took care of me and took me to the hospital. Probably the most good-hearted and the most generous host you would ever have. There is no way that I could express my gratitude enough.
The apartment itself is a very nice place to stay. It offers a beautiful view and serenity. It is quiet, yet very close to some great restaurants and the lake. Ralph is very helpful with any questions you have.
