Located approximately 20min walk from the train station. Very easy checkin process that was explained extremely well by Francesca. Included breakfast (pastry and coffee-delicious) downstairs in the bar next to accommodation. Located right on the Sant’Oronzo square I was there for the celebration of the Saint Oronzo in August which was extra special, as the square was decorated in lights and had a band playing, among other festivities! Beautiful, clean, spacious accommodation.

Staying at this place was one of the best experiences we've had. The host made us feel welcomed with incredible hospitality and she went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of our stay was perfect.
The quality of the accommodation was outstanding. The space was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully furnished with everything one could need. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and all the amenities provided were top-notch, reflecting a keen attention to detail and a commitment to comfort.

The place is amazing. Newly renovated and decorated. Beautiful high ceilings, very well appointed, the furniture is unbelievable, bed very comfortable, exceptionally clean and new. The room was big and inviting. Very classy. The location is great.

Really great location near the city centre, and also a handy supermarket right below. The host was caring and very accommodating! Woke up to a great breakfast everyday with a good variety. I really enjoyed the local baked goods and fresh fruit provided. Room was spacious and clean. Thank you for a lovely stay! ☺️

Stefano was great host! He organised parking place and gave us recommendations regarding restaurants for each taste: Pizza, Fish, Meat, Sushi, Pub and Cocktail Bar. The accommodation is located very close to the historic city Center, though in a quiet area.

Spacious, quiet, very clean, well-equipped apartment. Paolo, the host, was charming and gave me a short tour of some of the main sights in town.
Everything is perfect. Host Francesca is a charming, very friendly, helpfull (and English speaking 😉) young lady. Breakfast is à la carte (with eggs, orange juice, homemade cake, ...) on the rooftop terrace. Comfy and clean room and bathroom. Good WiFi. B&B is located in the car-free (!, thus quiet) city centre. CU next time!
