The room itself was simple, but with a great and luxury bathroom with a big bathtub. Our room had a balcony with a nice view. Room was clean, the owner helpful and polite. You can use a little garden as well.

Super location just steps from the train. Great pool. But the most amazing thing - the BREAKFAST! It was the most fantastic breakfast I've ever seen. You have to see it to believe. And with gluten free and vegan available for those in need also. The supply of homemade jams also! Amazing! Definitely stay here if you love breakfast!

After visiting crowded Rome, Naples and Florence this inn was exactly what we needed. Quiet, clean, very comfortable rooms with amazing, beautiful views from the balcony. Breakfast was very satisfying with plenty to choose from including delicious homemade breads, jams, strudel and eggs made to order. Martina is so kind and makes everyone feel at home. You can tell she enjoys her job and is a great host. The resident dog is friendly and well behaved.

This is in a quiet location with easy bus access to Bolzano. The welcome was warm and helpful. The pool is super and set in beautiful gardens. The room was large with a veranda. Breakfast was first class.
The apartment is located in quiet surroundings, has an underground garage available and is very close to a supermarket and other shops. The flat is endowed with the most useful household appliances (except for a kettle), is provided with high-speed internet connection and a large smart-TV. Is very clean and comfortable with attention to the details. Cristina is a very kind host, who promptly replies to every request and particular need. Highly recommended. Our new reference place in Bolzano.
Bruno was an exceptional host , brilliant using Google translate to explain everything to us, as we spoke no Italian. The Villa was beautifully set up , roomy , clean and comfortable, a home away from home . Facilities were exceptional, garage parking , there is a pool as well .would highly recommend this accommodation and if we ever came back to this area , would definitely book again.
Apartment was everything we could have wanted. The Hosts' attention to detail was exemplary. Location was fantastic, out of town so it was quiet - but close enough to train station to have great access anywhere in the region.
If you want the escape from crowds, having your private garden in the middle of orchard, with barbecue and tables in the shadow, jumping for a refresh in the swimming pool and as a cherry on the top being hugged with great host Inge, than this is the right address for you. If you miss city atmosphere, you can go to Bozen with train (train station is 3 min walk away, ride takes 7 min). Being more active, you have plenty of cycling path and hiking opportunities. It is the place, where you want to come back again and again.
Excellent cosy B & B, with all amenities, very clean, spotless. Nice location in the small town of Laives, surrounded by beautiful mountains. Giovanni is a great host, very hands-on and extremely kind and caring - and an interesting person to talk to.
Great host. Very nicely made and decorated rooms, clean and practical with plenty of wardrobe space. Nice terrace with a view over mountains and centrally located in town. Easy to get to restaurants around as well as supermarkets. We just stopped one night on the way further south in Italy. We got parking in the garage which was nice. The bed was very comfortable. We will stop there again in the future when we are driving by.
Very nice super clean, comfortable appartement. It is in good, quiet locality. Easy to access, free parking nearby. The towles and soap were provided. The hosts were nice and friendly.
