The property is located right near the edge of the historic district so it's not a far walk from all the interesting sites and locales.
The rooms were fairly basic but very clean. No coffee machine or hot water kettle in the room but just downstairs there is a kitchenette with plenty of coffee, tea and water. Rooms have free WiFi which is recommended as your phone gets a pretty bad signal in those old structures.
The bathroom was spacious, spotless and features a nice sized shower and adequate sink space.
Our host was very friendly and accommodating. He has intimate knowledge of the city provided plenty of tips and suggestions our itinerary as well as places to eat of which there are many in this little city.
There was ample free parking all around so that wasn't an issue.

We enjoyed the whole experience! Paulo was an excellent host. He was friendly and very helpful. The location was very good. A short walk to the Duomo Piazza and so many of the sights.
The courtyard was quiet and there were chairs for us to sit and relax outside.

Always available during the delicious breakfast but also quite good with tech for an easy remote check in where needed. With a lot of character, beautiful frescos and noble palazzo vibes, you should pick this accommodation and look no further.
