The house is very clean, it is in a nice building first floor few steps down. Modern style has full kitchen with washer for your clothes ( and portable cloth drying rack). The house was equipped with everything you need from towels to comfy beds and clean bedding, closets...etc. But my absolute favorite thing about it was its location as it is walking distance from the beautiful genoa Marina where there are plenty of beautiful restaurants with water front ( on the Mediterranean). Supermarket walking distance as well. We had a great stay there, especially since Anna was so nice and responsive and lives in the same building with family that we met super nice people. Thank you, Anna. I am hoping to see you guys again in the future 👍🫶🙏

This was in a beautiful old building with an ancient elevator that made you feel you were stepping back in time. The apartment had large windows, high ceilings, amazing old world decor. When you stepped out of this quiet and elegant building, you were in the middle of a vibrant and hectic city. Best of all, we could not have had a more gracious and helpful host to welcome us and make our stay a wonderful experience.

The property was stunning. The decor is just beautiful and it is clean and welcoming. The host, Simona, is amazing! Nothing is a problem and you feel welcome the moment you meet her. She provides you with a map and detailed information about the area, places of interest and good restaurants.

comfortable room with private detached bathroom was good, but real highlight was the shared Terrace which has a gorgeous view of the water in one direction and local church in the other direction. Nice coffee was provided and we enjoyed not only our mornings but also wine in the evenings just sitting with the views and the sunsets. 
there are lots of nice patisserie‘s, restaurants and markets close by and we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go in old town as well. 
our host  Gian Pietro was extremely gracious and most helpful  with directions, dining, suggestions, and getting a taxi on our last day to the train station.  hopefully we will be back again.

The host is rated 12. 10 isn’t high enough. We both felt like we were staying with family. The rooms are gorgeous. The common kitchen has everything to prepare simple meals.

Great location, one can spend the whole day at the see side, either swimming or just relax at the view. Close to Genova city center, exelent start point for day trips by boat or train to Portofino, Cinque Terre etc.

Great host and very clean property. The sea view is amazing and the host was very hospitable and welcoming. The location is outside the city centre but we used public transport which is very cheap and frequent. Highly recommended and we will be back again soon.
The property is in a great location, just outside the old city centre but in a very trendy area and close to restaurants and bars. The owner, Mr. Ugo is a great host, always smiling and made feel at home even though I arrived very late and left the morning after. The hotel is very clean and the bed very comfortable. I have no doubts in recommending this little jewel to anybody looking for a cosy hotel in one of the best spots of Genova.
