The pool and surrounds were lovely. The 3 rooms are at the back of the owner's house on the drive to the garage for parking which was handy. The owner was most welcoming and a great help when I discovered there was a slow puncture on my car tyre. The room was clean, sizeable and comfortable with a small terrace sitting out area just outside in the garden with 2 outdoor chairs and a table.

the appartment was very clean and beautiful. the bed was very comfortable. the owner (Enrico) is so nice and helped us with fixing our car and questions we had.

This is a great and very well appointed room. kids loved it
Its very central to many areas in the South of Italy , most are less than an hour away
Hosts are superb as we did not realise we needed a key and a plastic card as when we arrived they
gave us a key and the card was in the room , we arrive back late and the Host very kindly brought another card over.
There is a restaurant below thats fish based and tasty.
Be careful on mondays to arrive as very little in the town is open.
There is a small Taverna by the fountain run by a very friendly guy , it has to be one of teh cheapest
places we have drank it with god service for years.
The are is quiet and you can sleep well here,

We initially reserved a room at this property because of its location. We had to be in the area, so thought that this place was close enough. Turned out that staying here was an experience on its own. The property has several independent units in country home style, all within short walking distance from the owner's own home on the same grounds. The unit we stayed in was of good size, had a very comfortable bed, a tv, a sofa bed, a bathroom, a dining area with some basic dishes, no cooking facility though. It also had a lovely front porch with garden furniture. The yard of the property was huge, the garden well-kept, it was simply a beautiful and peaceful place. The owner provided home-made breakfast, and we greatly appreciated her hospitality. If we ever need to be in the area again, we will definitely choose to stay here.

Great location, very central but quiet. Good sized bedroom with separate room with small table and fridge. Comfortable bed. Decent bathroom with plentiful hot water. Fast internet. I was able to park free in an unrestricted area, 4 minutes away on foot.
The house is new and very beautiful, equipped with everything you need for your stay and furnished with style. It`s more beautiful than in the photos. You can park your car in front of the house or in a private yard. It`s located in a very quiet area, not far from city center. Nearby you can find a grocery, bar and restaurants. Daniele and his family are very kind and helpful with informations about the house and Salento region. Thank you for everything.
The character of the property was just what we were looking for, each room felt authentic and charming. So much room for our group of 7 and the pool within the olive trees provided the most romantic oasis. Raffaele was a great host and provided us with fantastic historic context of the villa. We were lucky enough to be staying during the St. Peter’s festival and had a view from the pool of the fireworks which felt like a private display.
Nice place to relax and explore Puglia. The staff is very friendly and Nikcy is a great host for a pleasant stay.
The breakfast is wunderfull and a perfect start of the day with a lot of healthy and sweet things to taste
Fresh fruits, fantastic croissants and real Italian espresso for breakfast everyday! Nice rooms with high ceilings. Fantastic balcony with view of orange and lemon trees. Recommend by our host Alessandra nearby restaurants were just amazing- I’ll Fienille and Tippo Zero. Private parking on site for just 5 Euro per night. Everything was great!
